The XDL Finals at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA will take place in a customized venue in front of the boat itself as indicated by the aerial photo:

Below are some key points to keep in mind for both spectators and participants.

Admission: There is a $20 admission fee. Children 12 and under are free WITH an accompanying paid adult admission.

Directions: The Queen Mary sits at the southern most tip of the 710 Freeway and is easy to reach. Take and freeway to the 710, follow it all the way to the end and be sure to follow directional signage to the Queen Mary. If you need the address for the Queen Mary a map service, it is:

Viewing: The entire venue is open to fans, and with the exception of the restricted zones, fans are allowed to view XDL from anywhere along the competition zone. Limited grand stand seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Restrooms: Temporary restrooms are available inside the XDL venue. Additional restrooms are available inside the Queen Mary and in the permanent structures in front of the ship.

Parking: Queen Mary parking lots will be open for general parking. Parking rates are in addition to XDL admission and are posted here

Food: On-site food and beverage services will be provided through one or more vendors. In addition, there are several restaurants and food outlets inside the Queen Mary and on the property (more info).

Display Space: We have set aside ample space around the competition area to ensure maximum foot traffic. There is no power, so if you need it, please bring your own generator.

Competition Area: The competition area is 260 feet x 100 feet. There is NO standing in the restricted zones unless you are waivered.
